Processing Time

Once we receive your order please allow 7-14 business days for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once the order has been fulfilled. In the process of completing your order, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

 

Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information.  


Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy last 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends and national holidays). To begin an exchange or return you MUST email daddydaughterpromise@gmail.com no later than 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange and/or Return/Refunds are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our Headquarters. In the SUBJECT of the email, please indicate "Returns/Refund" if you desire to return the product and receive a refund or “Exchange” if you desire to exchange the product. Please include your order numbername and email address at the time your order was placed. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected!!! If you desire to exchange. Please specify your desire of request.

 

FAQ

1. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders will within 5-7 business days. However, during periods of high demand please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not begin processing time until the next business day.

2. I received a defective or wrong product. What do I do?

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at daddydaughterpromise@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order numbername and email address at the time your order was placed. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.All wrong orders we send out will be corrected!!! 

3. I forgot to use my discount. Can I still receive the discount?

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

4. My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

5. What should I do if there is a shipping address issue?

DaddyDaughterPromise WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

We are unable to make any changes if the address you provided upon finalizing your order is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of shipment of your item(s). If you realize the address you've entered is incorrect before your order is shipped, please contact us ASAP with the accurate address.

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies on behalf of DaddyDaughterPromise, you will receive a full refund. 

6. Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment" status?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the fulfillment process of your order has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please contact us if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.


7. I received a suspicious DM asking for personal information, what should I do?

@daddydaughterpromise sour ONLY page on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook. Our ONLY website is www.daddydaughterpromise.com. If any page other than @daddydaughterpromise is tagging you stating you’ve won a giveaway, it is a SCAM. Any page posing as DaddyDaughterPromise asking for any personal information including cash app or bank information is a SCAM. Please do NOT respond!

 

8. Is my shirt/hat/hoodie unisex?

Yes, all DaddyDaughterPromise shirts, hats and hoodies are unisex items.


9. Where will my refund go?

Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method, you will be responsible for reaching out to your financial institution.

 

PRICE CHANGES

Our products prices are subject to change without notice. The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices cannot be retroactively adjusted.
