Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. This means that your order will be prepared and dispatched within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays.  Keep in mind, once your order has been received, a shipping label is likely to be printed within 24-48 hours. This does not mean that your order has been shipped, it means that your order is in the process of being fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package with an estimated delivery date. Your package should arrive no later than the estimated delivery date that is provided by the shipping carrier.

 

Please note that our processing timeframe may fluctuate due to weather condition or to a heavy volume of orders received. Therefore, in the event that your order is not processed within 3-5 business days, you will be notified as to why and when to expect your package. Also, feel free to contact us with any questions.
